Our Story:
In 2007 we began dreaming. Our dream rode on the saddle of two questions: What begins at the end of a loss? How do we achieve ‘normal’ when our reality has been altered drastically, in this case by a disability?
We realized that all society has to offer talented, differently able, individuals at this time is derogatory pity, outright stigma and awkward silence from colleagues, friends and acquaintances. But much like all new things, people just don't know better.
In 2015 we put our heels to the horse and laid out a roadmap to change that worldview.
In 2017 we put our backs to work by networking with clusters of people living with disabilities in the country, sitting at company advisory boards and laying out sustainable strategies that help you create an inclusive workplace, a diverse group of think-tanks and a healthy work environment that thrives on respect and dignity.
